In most cases, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been packed and dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Partners

egiwear collaborates with trusted courier services to ensure safe, efficient, and timely deliveries across various regions. Our current shipping partners include:

  • Türkiye: PTT Kargo

  • Bulgaria: Ekont

  • Serbia: Pošta Srbije

A tracking number will be provided via email once your package has been shipped. Please allow a few hours for the tracking link to activate within the carrier’s system.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your region and the chosen shipping method. Estimated windows include:

  • Türkiye, Bulgaria, Serbia: Typically delivered within 1 to 5 business days

  • Rest of Europe: Usually delivered within 2 to 6 business days

  • International orders: Most global shipments arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on customs procedures and local courier performance

Please keep in mind that customs inspections, unexpected delays, or high seasonal volumes may occasionally extend delivery times.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location, delivery method, and package weight or size.

  • Free shipping on all EU orders over 200 €

  • For shipments to Türkiye, Bulgaria, and Serbia, customers may contact us via email or Instagram for detailed assistance

  • For all other international destinations, we provide custom shipping quotes upon request

Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before finalizing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to:

Address Accuracy and Missed Deliveries

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct during checkout.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information, it may be returned to us. Reshipment costs may apply in such cases.

If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will typically provide instructions for rescheduling or picking up your package from a designated location.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
