All content, assets and operational elements presented on this website are exclusively owned or controlled by egiwear. Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to offer our products and Services.

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have valid parental or guardian consent, that all information provided is accurate and current, that you will not use the site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes and that you will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. egiwear reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access at any time.

Our online store operates through Shopify’s infrastructure. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify may collect and process data as outlined in their own Terms and Privacy Policy. Third-party applications, analytics tools, payment processors and integrations may also be used. egiwear is not responsible for limitations or performance issues originating from third-party systems.

4. Product Information and Availability

Product descriptions, imagery and specifications are presented with great care. However, variations may occur due to display settings, lighting or natural differences in materials.
All items are offered in limited quantities and may be restocked, modified or removed without prior notice.

5. Pricing, Currency and Regional Taxation

All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated. Pricing may vary based on region due to exchange rates, local taxes, customs legislation and Shopify’s automated currency settings.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties or import fees applied in their region.

In Türkiye, customs and clearance fees may apply.
In EU countries, VAT is charged according to destination-country rules.
In Serbia, duties are determined by local customs authorities.

Such charges cannot be predicted or refunded by egiwear.

6. Orders, Verification and Cancellations

Orders placed via Shopify are subject to availability and successful payment authorization. egiwear may request additional verification, cancel suspicious orders or decline orders affected by pricing errors or inventory issues. Order modifications are not guaranteed once submitted.

Shipping times vary by destination, carrier and customs processing.

After dispatch, responsibility for transit transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping partners, customs inspections or inaccurate addresses provided at checkout.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with all tags and original packaging. Requests must be made within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy.

egiwear reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws in Türkiye, EU member states and Serbia, egiwear is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of profit, data or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
